Sky is to broadcast a new documentary about comic legend Spike Milligan featuring footage that has not been seen ofr many years.
It is one of a number of documentaries being made about artists past and present. there will be a major documentary about Gary Numan and then a series entitled Lost and Found, an anthology of films spotlighting previously lost or undiscovered footage and archive material from the lives of singer-songwriter Nina Simone, Spike Milligan, writer Laurie Lee and singer Dame Cleo Laine.
Comedian Louis CK is set to play two gigs in London and one in Scotland later this year. He will perform at the Eventim Apollo on October 3. He plays Wembley Arena on October 4 and Glasgow Hydro on October 6 as part of a European tour.
Harry Trevaldwyn is clearly on a roll. He has made his name with a succession of short clips and is currently making more waves in Ten Percent, the British adaptation of Call My Agent! out now on Prime Video.
