Line of Duty Boris Johnson 'Interview' Goes Viral

The spoof Line of Duty interview with Boris Johnson has gone viral, notching up over 5 million views on Twitter.

The clip was made by campaign group Led By Donkeys. In it the Prime Minister faces Steve Arnott (Martin Compston), Ted Hastings (Adrian Dunbar) and Kate Fleming (Vicky McClure) in the interrogation room. The tweet featured the line: “If you've got one shred of compassion for all those families who sacrificed so much, who lost so much, you’ll go”.

Date Confirmed For Return Of BBC Three As A Broadcast Channel

BBC Three will launch as a new broadcast channel on Tuesday 1st February.

Broadcasting from 7pm every night, the channel will be available to watch on Freeview, Sky, Virgin and Freesat. It can also be watched live on the BBC Three channel page on iPlayer (TV, Mobile and Web) with live re-start available.

The British Comedy Guide has launched their annual comedy.co.uk awards, giving comedy fans the chance to vote for their favourite British TV & radio comedy from 2021.

Nearly 400 different comedies were broadcast on TV and radio last year. But which were the best ones? The Comedy.co.uk Awards - now in their 16th year - aim to find out. Every new comedy from last year is nominated here in the longlist (no biased shortlists!) and the results will be 100% based on public opinion.
