Daniel Sloss has announced that his next comedy special, “Daniel Sloss: X,” will premiere on HBO this autumn.
Sloss broke the news on Twitter, writing: "I'm delighted to announce that my show “Daniel Sloss: X” will be on
@HBO this fall in the U.S.
Organisers of the annual Leicester Comedy Festival have launched a crowd funding campaign to raise £3,000 to continue their support of new and emerging comedians.
The winners have been announced for The Comedians' Choice Awards 2019, the Edinburgh Fringe awards voted on by comedy performers.

This year's Amused Moose final was in a new venue and on a new date, closer to the end of the Fringe. But they were the only significant changes. Regular recent host Ian Smith did a great job as compere, keeping things moving along, neatly digging himself out of a hole when he realised that the latecomer he was putting down was the head of the Edinburgh Fringe and dealing well with a projector that seemed to be in danger of overheating. It wasn't the only hot property on the night.
Based on the real life experiences of writer Shaun Pye, whose daughter was born with an extremely rare and, to date, undiagnosed chromosomal disorder, There She Goes follows the day to day life of a severely learning disabled girl Rosie (Miley Locke), her dad Simon (David Tennant), mum Emily (Jessica Hynes) and brother Ben (Edan Hayhurst).

The ninth year of the Mackenzie Taylor Memorial Cup has taken place in Edinburgh at Duddingston Golf Course, situated in the shadow of Arthur’s Seat .
Mackenzie Taylor was a comedian, golfer and Edinburgh Fringe regular who tragically took his own life in 2010. He played in the annual Comedians v Industry golf match and following his death the tournament is played in his memory
