Tiff Stevenson brings her solo show ‘Mother’ to venues across the UK later this year. The show premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe last August before heading to the USA for several shows in Los Angeles, New York & San Francisco. The tour starts on 4th September in Aldershot’s West End Centre and culminates on 6th December at Coventry Warwick Arts Centre.

This is not the first stand-up show to be screened in Vue cinemas – Ross Noble's tour show was relayed live in 2007 – but it is a major event for the UK comedian with an increasing large and loyal following following extensive tours and two specials airing on streaming giant Netflix.

Comedian, satirist and campaigner Mark Thomas has added a new string to his bow. He has been ordained by an internet church. It was something he did in preparation for a forthcoming show.
When Brighton resident Jennifer Goatley found out, she happened to be considering renewing her wedding vows with her husband, comedian Aidan Goatley. So they asked Thomas if he woukd officiate when they had their vows renewed and to their absolute delight he said yes.
Jo Brand is to front a special night in memory of much-loved actor, writer and activist Helen Griffin.
Brand will be joined by friends to pay homage to Jo’s friend Helen, who passed away in 2018. The gig will take place in Swansea, which was Helen’s hometown, on March 31.
The line-up at the Grand will include fellow stand-up Andy Robinson, who has worked with Jo for over ten years, veteran Welsh comic Noel James, and more guests to be announced.
The three final masked singers have been revealed in the final of the new ITV1 primetime show hosted by Joel Dommett.
There were not a lot of surprises though as one by one they unmasked themselves.
As was widely rumoured, comedian Jason Manford was the Hedgehog, coming second.
Singer Katherine Jenkins was in third place as Octopus.
And the winner was Girls Aloud singer Nicola Roberts who was disguised as Queen Bee.
