Comedian Daniel Sloss is to play a major show in Moscow in front of 3500 fans.
The gig will take place on November 23 this year at the capital city's Music Media Dome, making Sloss one of the few UK comedians to perform in Russia. Eddie Izzard and Dylan Moran are also among the select band that have previously performed in Russia, but this latest show, in which Sloss will perform his latest show X, may even be the biggest solo gig a UK stand-up has ever done in the former Soviet Union.
The sign outside the London Palladium with the big picture of Daniel Sloss on it says "as seen on Netflix". The 28-year-old stand-up has been getting increasingly popular in recent years but last autumn the streaming network put out two of his shows, Dark and Jigsaw, and since then he has gone stellar. These two Palladium dates were added to his UK tour to meet demand and in America he has just added nearly thirty more live shows to his busy Stateside schedule.
