The running order has been revealed for The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer. The series starts on Tuesday, 10th March at 8pm on Channel 4 and runs for five weeks.
In interviews to promote this new series in which he stars as himself with his real-life wife Lucy Beuamont, comedian Jon Richardson has compared Meet The Richardsons to Seinfeld. “You see their lives and how it informs their stage act.” I’d beg to differ about the comparison. To me the series is closer to Curb Your Enthusiasm with, albeit, slightly less inappropriateness from the male star. Heck, Lucy Beaumont even looks a bit like Cheryl Hines, who plays Larry David’s ex-wife in the hit HBO show.
Tiff Stevenson brings her solo show ‘Mother’ to venues across the UK later this year. The show premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe last August before heading to the USA for several shows in Los Angeles, New York & San Francisco. The tour starts on 4th September in Aldershot’s West End Centre and culminates on 6th December at Coventry Warwick Arts Centre.
