House of Games is to move to BBC One with guests Jennifer Saunders, Jermaine Jenas, Roisin Conaty and Jason Manford.

The new series has been commissioned to air later this year, following a strong run of the popular BBC Two programme Richard Osman’s House Of Games, which airs at 6pm.

News: Sketch Trio Breaks Record With New BBC Three Sketch

A new clip from sketch trio Muriel has broken the record for the most views on Facebook and Twitter. 

She's Asking For It, released as part of BBC Three's 'quickies' strand last week, has already clocked up a combined 21 million views on social media, making it the most watched Quickie since the strand launched 3 years ago. The strand has released over 70 sketches.

Comedian Bill Oddie has revealed that he has been close to death this summer.

Writing on Twitter the former Goodie (pictured with Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke-Taylor) explained what has been wrong. 

"Just so you know, I have been very ill most of this summer . Lithium toxicity. Almost fatal! I am still here but very confused about most things! But then aren't many of us. IT fuddles my brain.Confusion. Will I return ? I Really dunno. I do hope so. Please wish me luck. XX"

News: Steve Royle Makes It Through To Britain's Got Talent Final

Comedian Steve Royle has made it through the the final of Britain's Got Talent 2020 after a nailbiting finish.

Royle, 52 and from Chorley, was the last act to perform in the first show of the new series. 

His energetic madcap mixture of prop comedy, jokes and juggling with Ant and Dec seemed to go down very well. He even had a topical joke about hand gel making it harder than ever to juggle. He also had a nice quip about lockdown: "When the auditions went out in April I couldn't leave the house for months."

News: Comedian Mark Dolan Cuts Up Mask On Air

Mark Dolan has incurred the wrath of a portion of the comedy community and many others by publicly cutting up a face mask.

Dolan was presenting his show on Talk Radio when he did this. He said: "No wonder people are beginning to rebel. The inconsistent mask message makes no sense. Wearing a mask is the new woke. It’s state sponsored virtue signalling on a grand scale".
