Following writing and acting roles, Tom Basden has just announced his return to stand-up comedy, with a six night run at London’s Soho Theatre of his brand-new show Sorry Thank You Please. The show is the award-winning comic’s first full stand-up show in 10 years. The Soho Theatre performances will run from Monday 13th – Saturday 18th January 2020 and tickets are on general sale from 12pm on Friday 1st November.

Q: What is E4's Gap Year about?

TB: The show is about travel in essence, it’s about people escaping from something at home or people going out and hoping that by travelling and seeing the world they will learn something about themselves, they’ll improve their lives and find answers to some questions, or even find out what the questions that they should be asking are.
