The podcast is all about coming out, being out, and finding one’s place in the world as an LGBT+ person.

News: TV/Radio Reports On The State Of The Comedy Industry

BBC current affairs show Newsnight has taken a brief look at the state of the UK comedy industry during the pandemic.

Reporter Steve Smith went to the Comedy Store in London – observing social distancing rules – and spoke to comedians Ian Stone and Neil Mullarkey (Suzi Ruffell was also there but if she was interviewed she seems to have been cut out of the edit)

News: Ambassadors Theatre Launches Comedy Season

The Ambassadors Theatre in London has announced a season of late night comedy shows featuring performers including Bridget Christie, Suzi Ruffell and Ed Gamble

Following the announcement of Baby Reindeer and The Shark Is Broken at the Ambassadors Theatre, Sonia Friedman Productions is thrilled to announce a packed line-up of the most dynamic and entertaining stand-up, drag performers, cabaret stars and more. Performances begin at 9:30pm.

News: Comic Raise Money for Cancer Research

Marcus Brigstocke, Suzi Ruffell, Nick Revell (all pictured) and Dominic Holland are among the top stand-ups performing at a special gala show to raise money for Cancer Research UK. 

The one-off gig will take place at the iconic Francis Crick Institute near to King's Cross Station on April 30. The show starts at 18:30 and ends at 21:15.

Also on the bill are Ninia Benjamin, Sol Bernstein, Terry Alderton, Steve Rawlings and Paul Tonkinson. The show will be compered by John Mann.

Comedians Solve World Problems and Dragony Aunts are returning to Comedy Central UK for second series in March with nine five-minute episodes. Comedians Solve World Problems, produced by Rumpus Media, involves two comedians endeavouring to solve one big, relevant and tricky world problem. Confirmed talent includes Walsh, Baptiste, Jones and Ruffell.

News: UK Tour For Suzi Ruffell

Suzi Ruffell is taking her new show Dance Like Everyone's Watching on tour around the UK from October after a run at the Edinburgh Fringe. 

The tour starts on October 2 at Chorley Little Theatre.

Suzi has made a name for herself by turning tragedy and anxiety into big laughs. This year she is actually happy. This show answers the question: are all stand-ups at their best when they are miserable? Fingers crossed no!
