Stand-up comedian Eamon Goodfellow has been revealed to be a paedophile.
Goodfellow, 50, was found guilty at St Albans Crown Court of two counts of attempting to cause the sexual exploitation of a child under 13. He will be sentenced on May 31.
According to a report in the Mirror the Northern Irishman who lived in Hertfordshire sourced victims aged under 13 through “fixers” in the Philippines and Romania.

Comedian, writer, actor Tim Key has talked frankly about his treatment for cancer. Key was talking to Adam Buxton on the latter's podcast and recalled a health scare that started in 2018.
After a gig on tour Key's agent was contacted by a fan who was also a doctor and had seen a lesion on Key's leg when he was performing in shorts. The doctor suggested that Key get it checked out and the specialist said he needed to have it cut out on the same day.

The Cotswolds is to get its own comedy festival this summer featuring a starry line-up curated by comedian Alexis Dubus, who will be appearing himself in the guise of his Gallic alter ego Marcel Lucont.
The festival takes place over three days from July 14 - 16 at a brand new outdoor venue, The Amphitheatre in Berrybank Park, Upper Oddington.
