News: Transmission Date Confirmed for The New Series of Vic And Bob's Big Night Out

The transmission details of the new series of Vic And Bob's Big Night Out have been revealed.

The first of four episodes will be broadcast on BBC4 on Wednesday November 27 at 10pm.

Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer will be mixing new characters and crazy new concepts with old classics such as Novelty Island and Judge Nutmeg dispensing punishment to one unsuspecting audience member.

News: Vic Reeves, Susan Calman Coming Up On Crystal Maze

 Vic Reeves and Susan Calman are among the celebrities taking part in the next edition of The Crystal Maze, which airs on C4 on Friday July 5 at 8pm.

Reeves' wife Nancy Sorrell is also taking part alongside fellow celebrities Ferne McCann and former English cricketer Graeme Swann, taking on the maze and its brand new Eastern Zone.

Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer are making a second series of Vic & Bob’s Big Night Out for BBC Four. 

Bob will once again preside over the Wheel of Justice and Novelty Island will be back. There will also be the return of hit sketches The Free Runners and Mostly UnHaunted alongside a host of new characters and guest stars.

The legendary comedy duo will be joined once again by hapless Vaun (Vaun Earl Norman).

TV Review: Vic And Bob's Big Night Out, Episode 4, BBC4

Well by jiminy this has been a welcome and interesting return for Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer, harking right back to their early anarchic days on Channel 4.

In this final episode we get more welcome blasts from the past in the form of Donald and Davey Stott and The Man with the Stick. But just in case you are thinking that this is nothing but shameless nostalgia, think again, there is a futuristic twist to The Man with the Stick.
