Kiri's TV Flashback Returns to BBC One Wales

Anglesey-based comedian Kiri Pritchard-McLean returns for a brand new series of Kiri’s TV Flashback, in which she turns back time to unearth some of Wales’ most weird and wonderful clips from over 50 years of television history.

Kiri Pritchard-Mclean To Front Kiri’s TV Flashbacks

Comedian Kiri Pritchard-Mclean has been announced as the new presenter of the BBC Wales series TV Flashbacks.

The popular series delves into BBC Wales’ archives and takes a comedic look at the funniest and quirkiest television moments from the last 50 years. Kiri will take over from previous presenter Tudur Owen in the new year.

Tour for Kiri Pritchard-McLean

Kiri Pritchard McLean is going on tour with a new show on 2022.

Her Home Truths tour will start on February 6 at Chorley Theatre in Chorley and it currently ends on April 27th at Pontio, Bangor.

Kiri Pritchard-McLean Lands Sitcom Commission

Following the success of the pilot episode Kiri Pritchard-McLean is to make four new episodes of her sitcom The Learners for BBC Radio Wales . 

The series is the first solo sitcom project from comedian and broadcaster Kiri who based it on her own experience of attending group Welsh lessons as a learner herself.

Jonesy (Tudur Owen) has the unenviable task of teaching Welsh to a group of adult learners from north Wales. 

New Clothes-Based Podcast From Kiri Pritchard-McLean

Jonathan Ross is the first guest on Kiri Pritchard-McLean's new  clothes-based podcast, Who Are You Wearing? Guests will be chatting to Kiri each week about the clothes and style that have become synonymous with who they are. 

More Edinburgh Fringe Shows Added

More shows have been added to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe line up for 2021. A further four shows have been added for both Jason Byrne and Henning Wehn and another show has been added for Kiri Pritchard-McLean.

These shows will all take place at the Corn Exchange where there will also be shows from Danial Sloss, Craig Hill, Mark Nelson, Andrew Maxwell and All Killa No Filla.

More Edinburgh Fringe Shows Announced

Following the announcement of their first set of Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2021 shows at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange, Live Nation Comedy today announce additions to their Fringe line-up. Jason Byrne, Andrew Maxwell, All Killa No Filla, Mark Nelson and Kiri Pritchard-Mclean will join Craig Hill, Daniel Sloss and Henning Wehn this August.

Kiri Pritchard-McLean has not been on Richard Osman's House of Games before this week, but maybe it just feels that way because she has been on so many other shows recently.

McLean has certainly been busy during lockdown, not just with TV and radio appearances but also co-running her virtual pub The Covid Arms, which was one of the first online venues and has raised a huge amount for charity over the last year.
