Jason Byrne, Andrew Maxwell, All Killa No Filla, Mark Nelson and Kiri Pritchard-Mclean will join Craig Hill, Daniel Sloss and Henning Wehn this August.

We are thrilled to announce more exciting acts to our incredible Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2021 line-up at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange.– and we cannot wait to announce more very soon! We’re excited to be hosting The Stand in Edinburgh for this year’s festival. We do believe this will bring certainty for Fringe performers in such uncertain times; all while providing a much-needed, great night of live entertainment” said Ian Coburn from Live Nation.

The Stand brings it iconic and legendary stamp to select shows at Edinburgh Corn Exchange. “The Stand is delighted to be working in collaboration with Live Nation to present some fantastic Fringe shows this August. The Edinburgh Corn Exchange is set to host an unbelievable line-up of comedy shows that we can’t wait to be a part of.” Said Gemma Maramis from The Stand.

Tickets for the new shows will go sale at 10am on Friday 28 May 2021 at Live

Jason Byrne: FOUR NIGHTS ONLY!  Chaos guaranteed!  Jason knows sometimes we just need to make a Holy Show of ourselves! This will be an unmissable, laugh out loud, must see show. “The outright King of live comedy” - The Times. TOTAL SELL OUT - 1998 – 2019!!

Andrew Maxwell: Maxwell’s back in Edinburgh for the last weekend of August. Renowned for his cutting edge comedy and intrepid social commentary, Andrew has appeared on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, and recently won ‘Celebrity Mastermind’ he is also the recognizable voice of MTV’s hit show Ex On The Beach. As well as being a regular on Radio 4 as the host of Welcome to Wherever You Are, he’s frequently on The News Quiz, which he has also guest hosted.

All Killa No Filla: As things are returning to normal, nature wouldn’t be healing without an All Killa No Filla live show in Edinburgh in August. Expect serial killer chat, indiscreet gossip, and some questionable outfits the girls bought in Lockdown 1.

Mark Nelson: Don't miss this the first post-pandemic solo show from the Multi award winning Scottish stand-up regularly hailed as the best headliner in the country. Nelson is renowned for his brilliantly dark material, as host of BBC’s smash-hit show The Good, The Bad & The Unexpected and from the smash hit online comedy Saturday Live at the Stand comedy shows, as well as his viral creation “News at 3” (210+ million views!). So it will be blistering and it will be hard hitting and above all, it will be very, very funny.

Kiri Pritchard-Mclean (pictured): Kiri Pritchard-McLean is back in Edinburgh to work out her new show after her last tour was rudely interrupted! Join Kiri as she gets back to what she does best , bringing the laughs to an audience from a venue other than her house. Passionate, smart and yes, bloody funny” - The Scotsman.

Craig Hill: Scotland’s favourite ‘kilty pleasure’, Craig Hill. One of Scotland’s best-loved and award-winning comedians, Craig has sold out 21 Edinburgh Fringe seasons, and (pandemic aside) tours extensively. He has performed all over the UK (even London’s Palladium), Europe (he was UK Ambassador at the inaugural Montreaux International Comedy Festival), Australia (including Sydney’s Opera House), Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival (where he hosted two all-alumni showcases The Best Of Just For Laughs (line-up included Judd Apatow) as well as Britcom. He starred in a specially created alternative variety show Craig Hill’s Forbidden Vaudeville for Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and has performed a solo run off-Broadway in New York.

Daniel Sloss: Scotland’s international comedy superstar, Daniel Sloss brings his hilarious and all-new, eleventh solo show ‘Daniel Sloss: HUBRIS’ to the 2021 Edinburgh Fringe. Direct from his 2021 Australian tour which spanned 32 shows in 30 days to over 40,000 people and hot on the heels of his previous show – the ground-breaking, global smash-hit ‘Daniel Sloss: X’ (an astonishing 300 performances across 40 countries even including an arena in Moscow), HUBRiS is currently the largest indoor event of any genre on the planet.

Henning Wehn: Don’t miss German Comedy Ambassador Henning Wehn give everything a good rinse and witness him wring sense out of the nonsensical. An unbiased look at a certain virus might be inevitable but Henning has no agenda; he just happens to be always spot on. It’s a curse. Henning's most recent television and radio appearances include "Have I Got News For You" BBC1, "Would I Lie To You" BBC1, "Live At The Apollo" BBC2, "Guessable" Comedy Central, "Question Time" BBC1, "8 Out Of Cats Does Countdown" Channel 4, "Fighting Talk" BBC Radio 5 Live and "The Unbelievable Truth" BBC Radio 4.
