If I was a betting man I'd put my short on Lucy Porter. As well as being a very funny comedian Porter is also a quiz specialist who has run her own quiz with her husband Justin Edwards. She has a quick brain and a. wide range of knowledge so should do well. If you like her she ihas also recently announced a tour, entitled No Regrets.
Following a successful run at the 2022 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, comedian, actress, writer, voiceover artist and podcaster Lucy Porter is set to embark on a national tour of her show ‘Wake Up Call’.
BBC Radio 4’s Just a Minute will have long-standing panellists Paul Merton and Gyles Brandreth, as well as Lucy Porter (pictured), Stephen Fry, Jo Brand and Nish Kumar in the host’s chair for a new series beginning in February. This series will see 10 guest presenters follow in the footsteps of Nicholas Parsons. Each will take a turn to lead the comedy panel game and to uphold the tradition of attempting to talk for 60 seconds with no hesitation, repetition or deviation.
