Rick and Morty is set to make a return to E4 this June.
The fifth season of the Emmy-award-winning animated comedy comprises 10x30’ episodes and will air hot on the heels of the American transmission (fans rejoice). This new series will see the outrageous dynamic duo get into all sorts of chaotic trouble.
The second part of the fourth season of sci-fi animated comedy Rick and Morty, will land on E4 on Thursday 7th May at 10pm, only four days after it premieres in the US.
In response to huge demand from fans eager to get their fix of the highly anticipated new episodes as soon as possible, Rick and Morty Series 4 will now premiere in the UK on Wednesday 20th November 2019 on E4, less than two weeks after the US launch. It was previously scheduled to air on Channel 4 in January 2020.
Channel 4 has confirmed that the highly anticipated fourth series of award-winning sci-fi animation Rick and Morty will air exclusively in the UK on Channel 4 in January 2020.
Split over two parts consisting of five episodes in each, Rick and Morty will be broadcast on Channel 4, with repeats on E4. Episodes will be available to stream on All 4.

In the UK it will premiere on C4. The Channel has not officially announced the date but it is hoped it will be close to the US transmission date. The first three series can be seen on All 4.

This is a big increase on the 31 episodes that have been made so far and underlines the success of the sci-fi comedy animation following the space/time travel adventures of scientist Rick and his grandson Morty.
Dan Harmon, the show's co-creator told GQ that it took a while to sort out the new deal for the fourth series.
One of the surprise treats that slipped out online on April Fools Day was a new episode of Adult Swim's animated series Rick and Morty. It was also announced during the streaming that was looped throughout the day that the rest of the third series would air this summer.
The series follows the antics of mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his grandson Morty, who divide their time between family life and interdimensional adventures.
