Preview: Alzheimer's Society Comedy Benefit with Richard Gadd, Robin Ince & More

In case you haven't heard, comedians Pope Lonergan and Ben Target are planning a show at the Madelayne Court Care Home in Chelmsford, Essex. You can read more about the idea here.

But before then they are warming up by raising money for the Alzheimer's Society with a benefit gig at the Bill Murray in Islington tonight.

As well as Target and Lonergan, the bill includes Lou Sanders, Robin Ince, Lauren Pattison (who picked up an Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nomination in August), Michael Legge, Richard Gadd (Edinburgh Comedy Award winner 2016) and many more.

Pay £10 in advance here to reserve a seat or Pay What You Want at the venue (Free entry on a “first come first served” basis, with an optional donation at the end).

Read more about the Care Home tour here. There is also another warm-up gig at the Betsy Trotwood, EC1 on Oct 3 featuring Mark Dean Quinn, Kathryn Bond, Dan Lees, Adam Riches, Ben Target and Pope Lonergan.
