The final has taken place tonight of this year's Funny Women Stage Award sponsored by Sky Studios at the Bloomsbury Theatre. It was also available to watch live online via streaming service Nextup.

The compere was 2014 winner Jayde Adams.

This year's competition was open to entries online, so anyone around the world could take part. The ten finalists came from places includiing Denmark and The Netherlands.

And the results are as follows:

The runners up were Ola Labib (UK - South East) and Bronwyn Sweeny (UK - South West).

And the winner is Lara Ricote (Netherlands) .
