TV’s favourite back-stabbing big money game show is back once again as the quick-fire general knowledge quiz The Weakest Link returns to BBC One and BBC iPlayer for a brand new series.
Made by BBC Studios Entertainment, another all-star line-up of celebrity contestants will attempt to win up to £50,000 for charity by answering general knowledge questions before only two remain and play head to head to determine the winner.

TV's Romesh Ranganathan has already found time in a full schedule to make one sitcom, The Reluctant Landlord, for Sky, so when I heard about his new sitcom, Avoidance, I assumed it would be similarly broad and traditional and might also draw on his own life. Yet Avoidance is nothing of the sort. It's a gentle comedy, filmed without an audience, that almost borders on comedy drama rather than flat-out laughter-fest. And unless Ranganathan is trying to tell us something, isn't like his real life at all.

After two years the annual Teenage Cancer Trust concerts at the Royal Albert Hall are set to return. As well as music gigs there will be the traditional comedy night with an all-star bill.
This year's line-up on Tuesday March 22 is hosted by Joel Dommett and features Tom Allen, Rob Beckett, Rosie Jones, Romesh Ranganathan, Suzi Ruffell and Seann Walsh.

BBC Comedy has confirmed Avoidance, a new comedy series, written and created by Romesh Ranganathan and Benjamin Green, who also directs the series.
Romesh Ranganathan also stars in this warm and bittersweet comedy series about a man with severe conflict avoidance issues who is forced to change for the sake of his son.
