Stand-up comedian Steve N Allen (as seen on BBC2’s The Mash Report) has written a book recording the events of 2020 - everyone’s “favourite" year - as they happened.
Lasted Another Year Despite A Pandemic is Steve’s journal highlighting how the year affected him, including the death of a parent, the struggles of being kept away from someone with dementia and the impact of a lockdown on a career.
Satirical show The Mash Report will return to BBC Two with a difference. The whole cast will be filming themselves at home.
Nish Kumar will be virtually joined by quarantined correspondents including Rachel Parris, Geoff Norcott, Ellie Taylor and Ahir Shah. So if you don’t like jokes and analysis, you will at least get to see inside the houses of some very minor celebrities.
The Mash Report is to return later this month.
The new run of the satirical news show will once again be anchored by Nish Kumar. Pictured is the team of Jason Forbes, Steve N Allen, Ellie Taylor, Pierre Novellie, Nish Kumar, Rachel Parris, Andrew Hunter Murray and Greig Johnson.
