Jon Richardson, the star of Dave’s Ultimate Worrier, 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, British Comedy Award nominee and runner-up in Heat Magazine’s ‘Weird Crush’ poll (three times), is taking his hit show Old Man to Blackpool for one night only this July!

This exclusive show will be recorded for a brand new DVD to be released by Universal Pictures UK.

Richardson will be at the Grand Theatre in Blackpool on Friday 13th July 2018. Tickets are on sale now from www.jonrichardsoncomedy.com.

Since his last show Jon has become a husband and father, seen the UK vote to leave the EU and watched the rise of Donald Trump, all of which leaves him asking one question; why does it seem that no one else alive can correctly load a dishwasher? 

Jon is currently nearing the end of his Old Man tour which has seen him perform to sell-out audiences around the UK. The final tour date is on Wednesday 23rd May at Nottingham’s Theatre Royal & Concert Hall.

Constantly in demand on television and radio, his newest role is as host of brand new panel show Jon Richardson: Ultimate Worrier on Dave, which begins on Wednesday 16th May at 10pm. In the new series, Jon and a panel of guests attempt to analyse and assess all of his many worries to work out exactly what the British public should be worried about.

Other recent work includes; team captain on 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), Have I Got News For You (BBC One), occasional host of The One Show (BBC One), Live At The Apollo (BBC One) and Taskmaster (Dave). Jon also starred in the Channel 4 documentary series Jon Richardson’s Guide To The End Of The World in 2017, which saw Jon take on his greatest fears and examine the truth behind them.

Jon has released two live stand-up DVD’s Funny Magnet in 2012 and Nidiot in 2014. Both DVDs are released through Universal Pictures (UK) and available to buy now.
