Have I Got News For You returns for a new series this Friday with Jeremy Paxman making his HIGNFY guest presenting debut.

Paxman will be the first of nine guest presenters joining regular team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop across the new series of the perennially popular series. Guest panellists Josh Widdicombe and Steph McGovern will complete the line-up for the first episode.

Joining Paxman in making a guest presenting debut this series is Greg Davies, who has appeared on the HIGNFY panel several times but never as a guest presenter.

Further established guest presenters returning for the new series include Jo Brand and Victoria Coren Mitchell.

The new series will run weekly on Friday nights from 6th April across 9 weeks at 9.30pm, with the extended repeats, Have I Got A Bit More News For You, screening on BBC One on Monday nights at 10.45pm.
