News: Hannibal Buress Comes To UK

Acclaimed US comedian Hannibal Buress is returning to London for a one off stand-up show. The gig is at The Forum on 13th October and tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday, 18th September. Details below.

Buress’ previous UK shows in 2011 and 2012 earned him rave reviews across the media and a nomination for the Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Newcomer Award. 

So far in 2015 Hannibal has written, executive produced, and starred in his own weekly comedy TV series, Why? With Hannibal Buress on Comedy Central. He also plays Lincoln Rice in the Comedy Central series Broad City and serves as a sidekick to Eric André on The Eric Andre Show

Up next in 2015, he will appear in the feature film Band of Robbers. He just finished shooting Daddy’s Home alongside Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, which is set to premiere Christmas 2015, and he will be lending his voice to the animated films The Secret Life of Pets andAngry Birds. Hannibal is also currently working on his next hour standup special, which will premiere on Netflix in 2016.

Hannibal’s extensive TV credits include Broad City, The Eric Andre Show, The Mindy Project, Louie (FX) The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson (CBS), Lopez Tonight (TBS), Late Night with Jimmy Fallon(NBC), The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS) The Awkward Comedy ShowLive at Gotham and John Oliver's New York Stand Up Show (Comedy Central) as well as 8 out of 10 cats and Russell Howard’s Good News in the UK. He has also written for NBC’sSaturday Night Live and 30 Rock.
