The show no one ever imagined would get 1 episode starts its second series with Sam Lake returning as host and a gang of brilliant new comedians to compete. The first episode is Esther Manito (Live at The Apollo) and Lily Phillips (pictured, The Stand Up Sketch Show) battling to win the coveted Skull Trophy.

In series 1 comedians competed across six rounds testing each of their senses and their ability to identify if something is a bone. The sound, taste, smell, touch and sight of a bone varied in difficulty and intensity but produced 6 episodes of chaos. Series 2 introduces new rounds whilst maintaining the classics. Who can forget “look over there, is it a bone?” and our contestants uncertain if it really can be that easy? Or the viral moment from series 1, where Marjolein Robertson explained the time she twisted the head off of a deceased puffin so as to keep its skull.

Series 2 is once again hosted by the incredible Sam Lake and he is joined by his trusty sidekick The BoneDropper along with a cast of contestants including Christopher Macarthur-Boyd, Amy Annette, Rosalie Minnitt, Esther Manito, Lily Phillips, Yiannis Vassilakis, Aruhan Galieva and some surprise cameos.

Stuart Laws, director & creator says this about it: “I loved proving the show works in series 1, it allows comedians to be funny but in a truly chaotic, unique set up. This series we’re going further, there’s actually a narrative arc to the show this time, which I appreciate isn’t normal for a game show. Mainly it’s still the same dumb, ridiculous show with the brilliance of Sam Lake anchoring the whole thing."

All episodes will be streaming on Turtle Canyon Comedy’s YouTube channel, starting today and over the course of the next few months, in amongst the usual sketch, stand up and comedy content on the channel.
