In this week's show Jonathan Ross is joined by Celebrity Traitors star and ex-England rugby union player Joe Marler, comedians Romesh Ranganathan, Aisling Bea and Jimmy Carr's Last One Laughing sidekick Roisin Conaty. Music comes from UK-based American soul musician Jalen Ngonda.
Romesh Ranganathan has been pretty busy recently even by his standards. He's just been seen trying to keep a straight face on the second series of Last One Laughing UK, now streaming on Prime Video, but finally cracked a giggle and was red carded by Jimmy Carr. He has just announced an extension with more dates added to his Romesh Ranganathan Will Change Your Life tour of UK & Ireland Tour 2026/27 due to demand. Details and ticket links here.
By contrast Aisling Bea has had a relatively low profile, although the Irish comedian and actor has a good reason, she gave birth to her first baby in 2024. But Bea is now heading out on her own tour and will also be appearing at this year's Latitude Festival. Her new show, Older Than Jesus, which has just hit the road, features tales of travel, home, immigration, history, sex, babies, music, lovers and enemies.
She will even answer your big life questions. It’s not about the destination babes, it’s about the journey, but also the destinations are very important, so check out if she is coming to one near YOU.
As seen on Taskmaster, QI, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Last One Laughing, Live at the Apollo, Travel Man and creator, writer and star of the award-winning Channel 4 and Hulu series This Way Up.
Joe Marler will no doubt be discussing what went on on Celebrity Trators as he was involved in one of the biggest showsdown with Nick Mohammed. Since then Marler has become a breakout star, appearing on almost as many shows as Romesh Ranganathan.
The Jonathan Ross Show, Saturday, March 28, 10pm, ITV1.
