News: New Podcast From Helen Duff About Orgasms

Comedian Helen Duff has launched a new podcast about sex and orgasms. In Come As You Are Duff delves deep into everything orgasms with open, hilariously insightful women and non binary folk from across the experience spectrum. Validating for folk who are just discovering themselves sexually, revelatory for those who think they've got it all worked out, and funny for all.

From CEO's to top comedians off the telly, we discuss how marriage, sex work, cancer, mental illness and much more can impact sexual pleasure. Expect fat chats about how we discover, reach, and explore the sweet spot, no matter what life throws our way.

Award winning comedian Duff didn’t think she could orgasm for the first 30 years of her life. The last few years have been absolutely banging! Understanding how her body works left her fascinated by other people’s process (not to mention totally blissed out for a bit) - and convinced that the more openly we discuss the different ways women and non binary folk experience orgasm, the better equipped we’ll be to communicate, on every level.

Guests in the first series include: Desiree Burch, Jodie Mitchell (comedian, co-creator of LOL word comedy and Drag King with PECS); Sam Holdsworth (CEO of Clowns Without Borders UK, a charity who work to improve gender equality in refugee camps across the world); Karen Hobbs (comedian, cervical cancer survivor, and representative for the Eve Appeal).

Alongside her comedy career, Helen is the Associate Artist for Family Inclusion at Attenborough Arts Centre, working with children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties, and she regularly tours with Clowns Without Borders UK, a charity that protects children’s human right to play in refugee camps worldwide.

Artwork by Michael Julings, intro/outro music by Luisa Gerstein, musical interludes written and performed by Helen Duff arranged by Paddy Gervers, edited by Lorna Treen and Daisy Grant, produced by Helen Duff.

The first episode of Come As You Are featuring Helen Duff is out now here and also at Apple Podcasts, Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts.
