News: No Such Thing As A Fish Release Fundraising Podcast Episode

No Such Thing As A Fish have released a bonus episode of hitherto unheard material, which has raised £10,000 on behalf of the Care Workers Charity in just over a week.

The NSTAAF team said: “The Care Workers Charity is a tremendous cause which puts together support grants for care workers who are at the front line of the coronavirus crisis, looking after society’s most vulnerable members. We had a lot of bonus material lying around, and thought it might be fun to raise money for the CWC using the only thing at our disposal: weird facts.

We are delighted to have converted our research on Ancient Roman sausages, eels climbing up ladders, Sean Connery’s brother Neil and the Great Corncob Fire of 1958 into money that the charity will be distributing to very worthy recipients. Our listeners, unsurprisingly, have been brilliantly generous in response. We haven’t even had to walk around our gardens 100 times. If you’re reading this and fancy donating, feel free. You don’t even have to listen to the episode.”
