The National FRIENDS #SofaTour will be concluding at one of the UK’s most iconic locations, offering visitors the chance to sit in the famous seat and capture once in a lifetime photographs. A FRIENDS themed capsule will be in place for one day only on Sunday 22nd September, 25 years to the day since the show first aired on TV.
The exclusive FRIENDS capsule, including the iconic sofa, will allow fans to enjoy The London Eye experience with a twist, grabbing a selfie on the sofa with the London skyline in the background.
The rare experience will be available to visitors who have purchased tickets to the London Eye on Sunday 22nd September, with only the few who happen to be at the front of the queue when the FRIENDS capsule rolls around getting the chance to ride it, creating a truly rare moment.
25 years after Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey and Ross first appeared on TV screens across the world, fans can visit the sofa at a number of locations in the UK…
- Ross Fountain (near Edinburgh Castle) - Monday 16th September
- Cardiff Castle – Thursday 19th September
- Potters Field Park, Tower Bridge, London - Friday 20th September
Lucky passers-by and fans alike will get the chance to experience the sofa on a first-come-first-served basis throughout each day from 10am until 5pm.
