Will Briggs and Cass Randolph said: “We’re very proud that the festival has found a permanent place in the city’s cultural calendar. So many fans come back each year knowing they are going to see something special because you rarely get to see so many top-level comedians alongside each other like this. It’s a golden age for British comedy right now, and this is a chance to see the best in the game back-to-back.”
