Comedian Omid Djalili has announced that he is releasing his acclaimed 2015 stand-up show ‘Iranalamadingdong’ as a digital download today, Wednesday 1st November 2017. The public will be able to download the previously unreleased footage from Omid’s website, and will be encouraged to make a donation to the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK, to help beat bowel cancer sooner.

On the release, Omid said: “I am very happy to be releasing Iranalamadingdong as a digital download as a thank you to people who have followed me over the years. Once downloaded, you’ll be encouraged to make a donation straight to the Bobby Moore Fund, an excellent cause I’ve been privileged to work with many times in the past. The fund raises money for life-saving research into bowel cancer and increases public awareness of the disease.” 

Omid returned to the road this week for a third UK tour extension of his most current stand-up show ‘Schmuck for a Night’. Having performed the show across 112 dates between October 2016 - May 2017, Omid has added a further 36 dates, including 6 nights at London’s Leicester Square Theatre, between Sunday 7th January – Sunday 14th January 2018.

Following the digital download release of ‘Iranalamadingdong’, Omid will be releasing‘Schmuck for a Night’ as a digital download next year, having filmed the show at his performance at London’s Eventim Apollo in May 2017.
