News: UK Show For Louis CK

Update 27/6: Further Louis CK shows have been added. He will now also play the Edinburgh Playhouse on August 11 and three shows at the Eventim Apollo, two on August 13 and one on August 14. The August 13 shows replace his Wembley arena date on the same night. Ticketholders for that show will be contacted by their respective ticket agent regarding the transfer of their tickets over to one of the Apollo shows on the same date. Ticket details at this link. 

Update 19/5: Due to demand an extra date has been added at Wembley Arena on August 13. Tickets go on sale at 10am on May 19 at link below.

 

Comic legend Louis CK is returning to the UK. He has announced a show at Wembley Arena on August 12. 

Tickets go on pre-sale via louisck.net on May 16 and go on general sale at 9am on May 18 here.

Louis CK found success in both TV and film as well as with his stand up.  He can currently be seen starring in Horace and Pete, a drama that he both writes and directs. The New York Times says, "It's probing, engaged and moving. Horace and Pete is a riveting series!"

CK has received over 30 Emmy nominations throughout his career, including wins for “Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series” for his work on Louie and awards for “Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special” for his standup comedy specials.  In 2014 he also received the American Comedy Award for “Comedy Special of the Year,” five Comedy Awards, four Writers Guild Awards, two Critics Choice Television Awards, two Television Critics Association Awards, two Grammy Awards, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. He was also honored as the 2011 “Comedy Person of the Year” at the Just For Laughs Festival.

He recently appeared in ‘Trumbo’ alongside Bryan Cranston and Elle Fanning. He will next be heard as the voice of “Max” in the animated film ‘The Secret Life of Pets’, set for release later this year.
