800LB Gorilla Comedy has announced the worldwide release of the new comedy special by one of Scotland's most acclaimed young stand-up stars. Connor Burns: GALLUS will be released on Monday 3 August.

This will be followed on 1st September 2026 by the global release on YOUTUBE and AMAZON at 7pm BST.  

GALLUS is an hour of standup with powerhouse punchlines and Connor's signature Scottish cynicism creating the perfect blend for his second comedy special, recorded in 2026 at Glasgow's flagship King's Theatre. This hit show broke Glasgow International Comedy Festival box office records, sold out extensive UK and Australian tours plus a New York run off Broadway, and won him the coveted Forth Fringe Award in 2025.

GALLUS* is only Burns' fourth solo tour, but his burgeoning social media presence, already with many millions of views, has brought Connor's comedy to huge online audiences who flock to see him live and spread the word. From growing up in a very rough council estate in Edinburgh to now selling out the UK's biggest purpose built theatre three times on the same weekend - Connor has not only arrived but is living up to the show's title. (*Gallus: Scots dialect meaning Bold, Daring and Reckless). All of this is all the more remarkable as he has achieved this through word-of mouth with no UK television exposure.
