Zoe Lyons is back with a new tour entitled Werewolf.
Zoe’s life has been quite a journey. Some of it, we’ve seen on TV – she’s one of the few people to have survived ‘Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins’ and driven ‘The World’s Most Dangerous Roads’. But those adventures aren’t even the half of it. Diving with sharks; sitting in a shed in Vietnam with a former Health Secretary (and discovering MPs aren’t the only parasites you have to worry about); navigating any amount of potholes and diversions on the road to happiness.
That road is an exhausting one to drive: how do we know we’re doing it right? ‘Sometimes even Wim Hof would rather be tucked up in bed with a nice hot water bottle’, as Zoe muses. But this warm, hilarious comic has been on it for a long time now, and believes she’s reached the destination we all dream of. She has found the version of herself she wanted to be. She is….. werewolf.
Host of BBC2’s ‘Lightning’ and ‘Live At The Apollo’, a quick-witted and sharp-tongued presence on any number of other TV and radio shows for years now, but also an infallibly funny live comic – don’t miss the chance to see that rare thing, an act who just keeps getting better and better. Otherwise, who knows what might happen to you.
