Jasmine Harman, Dave Johns, Professor Suzannah Lipscomb and Jason Mohammad are the contestants in this week's five editions of Richard Osman's House of Games, vying for that wheelie suitcase with Mr Osman's face on it and other highly desirable prizes.

Dave Johns provides the comedy content on the show this week. To call the sixtysomething a stand-up does not really do Johns justice. Although the comic, who hails from the north-east, has been on the comedy circuit for well over two decades he has latterly found much more fame as an actor after Ken Loach cast him in the award-winning movie I, Daniel Blake.

Since than Johns has gone on to appear in films including 23 Walks, Walk Like A Panther, The Keeper and the hit movies about a group of Cornish singers who became unlikely stars, Fisherman's Friends and its sequel. 

Johns also has an impressive track record in the theatre, being involved in the dramatisation of the classic prison movie The Shawshank Redemption for the stage.

Johns is up against sports presenter and host of Final Score Jason Mohammed and award-winning historian, author, and broadcaster Professor Suzannah Lipscomb, who has written and edited a number of books, presented numerous historical documentaries on TV and is host of the Not Just the Tudors podcast from History Hit.

The quartet is completed by Jasmine Harman, who anyone who has ever been flicking through the channels on a wet midweek afternoon will know as the shiny, smiley presenter of A Place In The Sun. Harman is a former fitness instructor and worked in the health and fitness industry before moving into television. She lived in the Algarve so is well-qualifed for her day job. Let's see how well qualified she is for House of Games.
