Seann Walsh and former cabinet minister Matt Hancock are set to enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

According to The Sun they are joining the show earlier than planned following the unexpected departure of Olivia Attwood for medical reasons after only one day.

The Sun says they will be teased at the end of tonight’s show before they make their way into the separate camp on Wednesday. They will be entering at 8:30pm UK time tonight (Tuesday) which is 6:30am tomorrow Australian time.

There has been criticism of both taking part in the show. Walsh has recently made an acclaimed return to stand-up picking up an Edinburgh Comedy Award nomination for Best Show, but for most TV viewers he will still be best known for the tabloid scandal after being snapped kissing Strictly dancing partner Katya Jones. There have been questions asked about why Walsh would head back into the reality TV world after what happened the last time. Reports that he is being paid well for his appearance and the fact that his earnings dropped dramatically after the Strictly scandal may be one explanation.

Hancock is the former Health Secretary and has been suspended as a Conservative MP since announcing he was off to Australia. One Tory colleague described him as an "absolute prat" and he has faced calls from opposition politicians to give up his MP's salary, £84,144 a year.

Walsh is also the co-host of an upcoming podcas Oh My Dog! with Jack Dee. In each episode they talk about their furry friends.
