Date And Line-Up Of New Series Of Live at the Apollo Confirmed

The date and line-up of the new series of Live at the Apollo has been officially confirmed.The BAFTA nominated series, now on its 16th season, will feature seven brand new episodes including a Christmas special.After a year hiatus due to Covid19, Live At The Apollo will welcome an array of established and up-and-coming stand-ups to the world-famous Apollo stage.  At the forefront of its genre, the roll call of stand-ups who have performed in front of the renowned Live At The Apollo lights plays out like a who’s who of comedic royalty and this series is no different.

This first episode of the new series of the award-winning Live at the Apollo is hosted by the brilliant Liverpudlian comedian Chris McCausland. He introduces comedians Sophie Duker and Emmanuel Sonubi to the stage. 

Other acts to appear throughout the series include: Jason Manford, Maisie Adam, Nabil Abdulrashid, Loyiso Gola, Scott Bennett, Helen Bauer, Zoe Lyons, Ria Lina, Tom Ward, Larry Dean, Harriet Kemsley, Slim, Angela Barnes, Sarah Keyworth, Tim Renkow, Jen Brister, Esther Manito and Adam Rowe.

This will be Jason Manford's sixth appearance. The only comics who will have appeared more are Dara O Briain (7) and Jack Dee (14).

The series starts on Wednesday 10 November on BBC Two.
