News: Second Series for Elis James and John Robins Podcast

How Do You Cope?, the podcast fronted by Elis James and John Robins, has won UK Podcast of the Year at the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards.

In the BBC Radio 5 Live/BBC Sounds podcast the duo chat to guests about mental health issues and the challenges of coping with modern life. Guests have included George Ezra, Josie Long and Chris Packham.

On winning the award John Robins said: "It means a great deal to have How Do You Cope? recognised and we'd like to thank all the production team who made it possible...and most of all all our fantastic guests for speaking so candidly and with such good humour about some very difficult experiences."

Elis James added: "We couldn't have done it without the guests who were so eloquent and articulate...the two of us are absolutely delighted so thank you very much."

Michaela Coel won Best Actress and Best Writer and I May Destroy You won Best Drama.
