Ant McPartlin has checked into rehab.
It has been reported that he is having treatment for issues with prescription drugs and alcohol.
According to the The Sun on Sunday the Britain's Got Talent co-host said: "The first step is to admit to yourself you need help."
McPartlin has been one of ITV1's biggest stars for over a decade with his TV partner Declan Donnelly.
