When it was announced that legendary stand-up Billy Connolly was bringing his High Horse show to the UK at the start on 2016 the press wondered if Connolly still had his magic. He was in his seventies, his health had not been good and there were concerns that maybe he would be a shadow of his former self. Those fears quickly evaporated as soon as Connolly took to the stage. He may have been slightly slower and physically frailer, but his comic mind was as sharp and fit as ever.

The show was another classic example of what makes Connolly one of the stand-up greats. He simply chatted about life, the universe and everything and found the funny side everywhere like only Connolly can.
