Tour Extension for Flo & Joan Including Eventim Apollo Date

Flo & Joan, aka Nicola and Rosie Dempsey, have announced that they will extend their sell-out tour to keep up with overwhelming demand from fans for tickets to experience their latest merging of music and comedy. The acclaimed double act will now perform almost 100 dates across the UK and Ireland, while they are also set to make their debut headline performance at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on Friday 4th June 2027.

The time has come for Flo & Joan to write another show description as they make their highly anticipated return to the stage with a brand-new show. The pair will try and take up as much of the stage and as little of your patience as possible as they use another "real band's" setlist, which was discovered on the stage of The Shepherd’s Bush Empire, to write their own show - ruminating on themes such as ‘what is music?’, ‘how do you be a band?’, and ‘is comedy?’ in the sharp-tongued, deadpan way they have become accustomed to.

Most recently, the pair stormed the Edinburgh Fringe for the second time, along with Melbourne Fringe, and the West End with their debut musical One Man Musical; a one-act biographical comedy musical which they created and performed, recently starring Edward Easton (of legendary Edinburgh Fringe cult favourite Tarot fame, and as seen on Porters (Dave), Starstruck (BBC Three) and The Horne Section TV Show (C4)) and directed by Georgie Staight (Operation Mincemeat). Originating at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe, and starring George Fouracres (SNL UK) in the titular role, the show transferred to London and Australia, and went on to pick up multiple accolades including #1 Comedy Show of 2024 in The Guardian, Best Show of 2024 at the Chortle Awards, was nominated for Most Outstanding Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2025 and a Stage Debut Award 2025 for Best Composer, Lyricist or Book Writer.

Regular faces on television, they have performed on Live at the Apollo (BBC Two), The Royal Variety Performance (ITV 1), Comic Relief's Red Nose Day Live 2023 (BBC One), and two of their own comedy specials 'Alive on Stage' for Amazon Prime and ‘Sweet Release’ for Sky Comedy which are now streaming in over 200 countries across the world, while their songs regularly go viral online with over 100 million views across social media.

A hugely acclaimed live act, Flo & Joan’s previous comedy show Sweet Release was their fifth full-length show. Totalling 148 performances, the tour was twice-extended to meet phenomenal demand for tickets, included runs at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and was recorded as a special at the Royal Court Theatre in London for Sky Comedy. They have enjoyed numerous festival appearances at Glastonbury, Latitude, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and JFL Montreal Comedy Festival.

As writers, the pair have previously written songs for the West End musical Death Drop, and written and performed songs for Evil (CBS/Paramount Plus), BBC Digital, Question Team (C4), Aardman, Horrible Histories (CBBC), Radio Times, Mark Watson Talks a Bit About Life, The Now Show and Fresh From the Fringe (all BBC Radio 4) and This Hour Has 22 Minutes (Canadian Broadcasting Company).

Tickets go on sale on Friday 30th October, with a fan pre-sale from Thursday 29th October, and can be purchased here.
