Saturday Night Live UK has announced the host and musical guest for the launch of its second series. On 12 September, Academy Award‑nominated actor and global icon Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park, Wicked) will take to the stage as the first host of the new series, joined by acclaimed Irish singer‑songwriter and Brit Award nominee CMAT.
Broadcast live each week, the series will once again welcome a different celebrity host and musical guest for every episode, alongside topical sketches, live music performances and a British take on the iconic Weekend Update segment.
The new series of SNL UK launches 12 September on Sky and streaming service NOW.
There will be six episodes, with the additional shows planned in early 2027.
