TV: Richard Osman's House of Games with Yinka Bokinni, Ellie Leach, Vicki Michelle and Peter Serafinowicz

I've really been enjoying this week's editions of Richard Osman's House of Games. The competitors battling it out for the naffest prizes in game show history since Bullseye's speedboats are Yinka Bokinni, Ellie Leach, Vicki Michelle and Peter Serafinowicz.

No stand-up comedians showing off their busy brains but man of a thousand voices Peter Serafinowicz is certainly giving us value for money. Yesterday there was a question about the date of the first ever Isle of Man TT races and Serafinowicz delivered a marvellous impression of motor bikes whizzing past him in the studio.

For those more interested in the facts than the fun the contestants were way off the mark, expecting the answer to be something like 1960 or even more recently. In fact the answer was 1907. I'd have won if I'd been on as I guessed 1948 which was closer than anybody else.

Anyway, it's good to see Serafinowicz back on UK television. Many comedy fans will remember him for the BBC spooof science show Look Around You. He also had his own sketch show for a while. And more recently he popped up on the BBC again as the flashy love interest of Amanda in Motherland spin-off Amandaland. A new series is in the pipleine so hoepfully we will be seeing more of him in sitcom mode as Johannes Van Der Velde. It has recently been announced that he will star in the new Adam Kay Medical Comedy Dexter Procter: the 10-Year-Old Doctor.

He has also been working a lot in America. He has done voices in The Simpsons and Bob's Burgers, starred in The Tick and recently hosted the game/reality show Million Dollar Secret.
