Comedy Festival For West Norwood And Tulse Hill

Comedy Festival For West Norwood And Tulse Hill

After a sell-out debut festival last year, Good Ship comedy is bringing the ChooSE27 festival back to West Norwood and Tulse Hill. Under the stewardship of comedian, promoter and programmer Ben Van der Velde, the Festival is committed to bringing a diverse array of talent to a variety of unique venues.

Highlights of the festival include appearances from stars of Live at the Apollo, GARY DELANEY, NATHAN CATON and KERRY GODLIMAN. Beyond conventional stand-up comedy there's also cookery’s answer to Bill Bailey GEORGE EGG mixing jokes, food and power tools at our local café Otter Trading.

Elsewhere occult metalhead ANDREW O’NEILL brings a surreal take on mysticism to Queen of the South, and Dungeons and Dragons nerds QUESTING TIME spin daft yarns at board game café Badger Badger.

In addition there are also live podcast recordings, award-winning children’s sketch comedy and stand-up in a secondhand bookshop culminating in a huge charity fundraiser in the iconic St. Luke’s Church.
