The Awards shortlist will be announced on Wednesday, August 20. The winners of the Edinburgh Comedy Award, Best Newcomer Award and Panel Prize will be announced at lunchtime on Saturday, August 23. The main prizewinner scoops £10,000, the other winnners bag £5,000 each.
