News: New Series Of Rosie Tries To Help With Guests Harry Hill, Ivo Graham, Jayde Adams And More

Comedy Central UK has announced the launch date for the return of digital short-form series Rosie Tries To Help. Following the success of the first serie, resulting in over 3 million streams and a Broadcast Digital Award nomination, comedian Rosie Jones wants to make the world a better place – again.

The second series follows Rosie (Roast Battle, The Last Leg, Would I Lie To You, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown) as she lends a helping hand to a different group of people or issue – from single men, to mums, through to tourists. This series sees Rosie enjoy a snake massage, administer a lie detector test on some single men and take some mums day raving. It’s time to see the world through Rosie-tinted glasses.

Rebecca Hewett, Executive Producer commented: “We are so pleased to have Rosie back at Comedy Central bringing some much needed joy to the nation. There's nothing quitlike watching Rosie Jones at a mid-morning rave or being massaged by giant snakes to really put a smile on your face!”

Each episode will air weekly on Comedy Central’s Facebook and YouTube channels starting from THURSDAY 29th OCTOBER. Each episode, Rosie will be joined by a celebrity guest; including HARRY HILL, KERRY GODLIMAN, PHIL WANG, IVO GRAHAM, DESIREE BURCH and JAYDE ADAMS to help her on her mission to help the nation out a bit!

Rosie Tries to Help will launch on Thursday 29th October 2020 and air weekly on Comedy Central’s YouTube and Facebook platforms

Rosie doesn’t think tourists are seeing the real, authentic London. She joins forces with Desiree Burch to take a bunch of tourists on a very bespoke tour of the city – but can they bag any true London treasure along the way?

ROSIE TRIES TO HELP KIDS (with Ivo Graham)

It’s back to school for Rosie as she tries to teach kids how to perform stand-up comedy. She enlists Ivo Graham’s help – but it becomes apparent that the pair have very different teaching styles. Will Ivo’s guide to invoicing really help the kids prepare for a career in comedy?
