News: Socially Distanced Gigs With Jimmy Carr Cancelled

News: Jimmy Carr Joins Panel On New Primetime Show I Can See Your Voice

A festival featuring socially distanced gigs with comedians has been cancelled shortly after being announced.

Popup Picnic was set to feature headline slots from Jimmy Carr as well as appearances from other comedians including Matt Richardson, Andrew Maxwell, Hal Cruttenden, Jayde Adams, Jess Robinson, Jack Barry, Simon Brodkin and Ahir Shah.

A message was posted on their Facebook page: "It is with regret that last night we had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Popup Picnic 2020 UK Tour.
Unfortunately the withdrawal of a significant partner had meant it is not possible to deliver the event.

All ticket orders have been cancelled and refunds issued. All should be received within 7 days.

We apologise for this huge inconvenience and thank everyone for their support."
