The comedy circuit has pulled together to support stand-up Vince Atta, who has had a heart attack.
Earlier this week Atta posted the news on Facebook: "Had a heart attack yesterday. A full on, bastard, heart attack and it was rotten. Still here though; have to take time off but not too long, comedians don't have pensions! See you round x"
Comedian Justin Moorhouse has set up a gofundme page to support Atta. He was hoping to raise £6000 to help Atta while he was off work. At the time of writing after one day the fund has raised £4475.
