Angus Deayton is to star in a new radio series created by Absolutely’s Moray Hunter.
Alone, which went out as a one-off last year, is a contemporary sitcom about five single, middle aged neighbours living in a converted Victorian house in North London.
Being single and living alone used to be largely the preserve of the young and old. But now the middle aged are doing it too. When you hear this show you’ll understand why.
The show also stars Abigail Cruttenden, Pearce Quigley, Kate Isitt, Bennett Arron plus special guests.
Alone majors in grief, loneliness, depression and delusion. But it’s definitely a comedy. Let the good times roll!
