News: Romesh Ranganathan Comedy On BBC Audio Drama Shortlist

The domestic comedy Parental Guidance written by Max Davis and starring Romesh Ranganathan and Amanda Abbington is one of the shows shortlisted for the BBC's Audio Drama Awards. 

It is nominated in the Best Scripted Comedy (Longform) category. Other shows shortlisted in the same category include Ladhood by Liam Williams, Sara Kendall's A Day In October, John Finnemore's Double Acts and The Penny Dreadfuls' Le Carré On Spying.

In the Best Scripted Comedy (Sketch Show) the shortlist includes shows from Paul Whitehouse and Harry Enfield,  Jocelyn Jee Esien and Marcus Brigstocke.

The finalists will be announced on Thursday 4 January 2018, and the winners at a ceremony in the Radio Theatre at BBC Broadcasting House, London on the evening of Sunday 28 January 2018.
