Tickets for the Flight of the Conchords 2018 UK went on sale this morning and sold out within minutes. Possibly seconds, leaving a lot of fans frustrated.

It is no surprise the shows sold out quickly. These are the first headlining dates in the UK & Ireland for Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie in seven years. Clement was recently seen in the Sarah Jessica Parker comedy Divorce, created by Sharon Horgan.

Some fans on Twitter were saying that tickets had sold out within seconds of the sale time of 10am.

Others were unhappy to see that within minutes of the tickets appearing online they were sold out but there were already tickets being sold on "secondary market" resale websites. At one point the GetMeIn website was selling stalls tickets priced from £495 - £549. Other secondary market sites Stubhub and Viagogo have also been selling tickets above face value. Althought these sites are legitimate potential buyers should approach with caution. These prices may come down as it gets closer to the shows, particularly if further shows are added.
