In an echo of recent events at the Fyre Festival comedian/actor Seth Rogen has revealed that he is working on a film about a festival that goes wrong,
The Knocked Up star was coincidentally working on the project before the news of the last few days. Writing on Twitter yesterday he posted: "This seems like a good time to mention the movie we are making with @thelonelyisland about a music festival that goes HORRIBLY WRONG."
The Lonely Island is Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone. After Rogen posted the news their acount rersponded by writing: "For real, thinking about suing #FyreFestival for stealing our idea."
There is, however, some speculation that this might be a joke as there is no other news of this project. Recent reports have said that Rogen's upcoming movie projects are The Disaster Artist, with James Franco, and playing Pumbaa in a live action remake of The Lion King. Stay tuned.
